Think Investments LLC is a private investment firm that, among other sectors, promotes seed-stage enterprise application software companies. Among many other successful private investments, Think was a seed-stage investor in Rightworks (acquired by ICGE), Quest Software (QSFT) and I-many (IMNY).

Think Investments is the Family Office of two seasoned entrepreneurs, Sandeep "Sandy" Tungare and Ravi Reddy, who have been partners for nearly 20 years. Sandy, an early pioneer in multi-dimensional technology, first partnered with Ravi, an accomplished entrepreneur across several manufacturing industries, to form a highly successful demand management company called Think Systems in 1986. Think Systems was ultimately acquired in 1997 by i2 Technologies, where Think's FYI Demand Planner product became a cornerstone of i2's TradeMatrix suite of products.
